Jodi
grew up on a farm in Warrendale, PA where she enjoyed horseback
riding and the outdoors. After she graduated from RSPC Business
Institute, Jodi launched her career in restaurant management.
Jodi searched everywhere from Alabama to Delaware for a
spot to open her restaurant and chose Slippery
Rock with Bob as home in 1998. She brings 20 years of quality
food service to the North Country Brewery.
Jodi
is the Mother of three beautiful children: Danielle, Lacey,
and Jacob. She has served as "Worthy Advisor" for the Rainbow
Girls, an organization in which she was very visiting orphanages
and nursing homes, writing letters for the elderly.
Jodi
also worked on several archeological digs on the Gettysburg
battlefield and in the mountains of West Virginia.
